This type of scenario would usually include situations where a student has been accepted into the college of their choice based on high grades and standardized test scores that show they meet all the requirements for entry into the college of their choice.These types of scholarship awards are usually the ones that a person can see will apply to the financial need of the student as demonstrated by their performance. For example, a student may have proven themselves academically, however their parents may have certain skills that are critical to the success of the student.When reviewing the available scholarship opportunities, the student can often see an option that may be applicable for their financial need. There ar e some students who may require scholarships based on a high need to attendance program.These types of scholarships have two purposes in writing a scholarship essay. First, the student may be required to write a complete essay covering the financial need to attend the college of their choice and second, the student may be required to show that they will be able to pay for the college of their choice without help from other sources.
